What happens after payment?

- Receipt via email: Stripe will send a receipt to the email you enter at checkout.
- Welcome email from us: within 24–48 hours you’ll receive a welcome message with the next steps.
- Pre-training checklist: we’ll share logistical details (schedule, location, what to bring) and preparation tips.
- Support: if you have any issues with your payment or receipt, just reply to the welcome email and our team will help.

Refunds & changes
- Transfers: if you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant (subject to prior approval and deadlines).
